TOPSoccer is a modified version of the game of soccer. It was designed to provide opportunities for athletes with disabilities. It provides affordable opportunity for fitness, fun, and building self-esteem. Modifications are made to the game to allow full participation and enjoyment for each athlete. One-on-one assistance is available to those who are in need of it. TOPSoccer offers a recreational, leisure approach to the game of soccer.Currently, the CYSA-South is promoting the development of new clubs and individual teams of TOPSoccer players throughout the seven districts.

Placentia is home to one of the largest TOPSoccer clubs in the State. The Outreach Program for Soccer is a community based recreational program specifically designed to help disabled athletes participate in the world's most popular sport. Our nineteen year old club now registers over 60 players who refuse to let their disabilities stop them from playing a sport that they love. The TOPSoccer organization of Placentia (since 1991) is coached and supported by volunteers, with the exception of sponsorship by JUSA, Score, and Shooting Stars.
